♔ How to purchase
FIRST STEP fill in an order form and submit. click the button below for order form
SECOND STEP wait for our reply within twenty-four hours. please check your spam box if you didn't receive any reply within one day.
THIRD STEP please make payment within three days to the account number given. keep my details and your payment receipt as reference. kindly notify us complete with the reference number of your payment once you made payment
FORTH STEP wait for our notification and once everything has done, your stuff will be sending to the post office on tuesday for every week (:
FIFTH STEP wait for your stuff and kindly notify me once you received your stuff. if you didnt receive anything after four days, you are advisable to call me as soon as possible any feedbacks either negative or positive are most welcome through any medium.

♔ Our Policiesg
terms and condition
1. serious buyers only. first come first serve basis
2. we will ensure that all items are in good quality and packed properly with address written clearly. we believe in honesty and maintaining the relationship and trust in our customers. in the event of such cases in pre-orders, we will contact our customers to allow more time for us to replace a new item for them. therefore, all items sold are final. no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
customers are advisable to ask for measurement as confirmation.
3. hallo, couture! held no responsibilities in damages and losses upon delivery of goods. it is important for customer to make sure the address given is the right one
4. items not paid for within three days, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
5. back outs after confirmation of orders are not tolerated. we would appreciate the courtesy of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore.
6. all price is non-negotiable unless if stated otherwise
7. we go to the post office once per week which is on tuesday. payment received after twelve am on monday will be considered as next batch
8. restockable/cod items: item can still be replenished from our supplier. you may mail us for a restock order. we will require a full payment (inclusive of postage) for any orders to be restocked or cod method, in prevention of back outs.
9. disclaimer: colour on pictures might be slightly different from the real one due to our camera lighting and your monitor. for authentic items, we don’t claim ourselves as a registered dealer but we share with you what we have and you may return the item if you found it is a fake. it’s all about trust and the price is cheaper because we get it from overseas which the currency is much much better and because of few other reasons which we cant tell (;
exchange policy
1. exchange can only be done when the item received is defection or wrong color than the ordered item.
2. all exchanges should be done within three working days.
3. should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.
4. exchange items should be in mint condition, not used or worn.
5. any exchange done for personal reasons, buyer will bear the costs of postage.

payment method
1. currently we only accept bank transfer through maybank, cimb and bank islam and credit card payment through paypal (international orders).
2. we will provide out bank details when confirmation is made for an order.
3. please make sure you bank in the exact amount. since cash deposit doesn’t accept the rm one note, you are advisable to notify us to transfer back the balance of your money to your account by sending us an email and account details. due to our busyness, we wont proceed with this process unless if you notify us. [we strictly cant put the cash balance together with item in parcel]
4. please keep your receipt or reference number as evidence
5. kindly notify us once you made payment

♔ Shipping and Delivery
shipping and delivery info
1. all payment must be made before parcel is posted out.
2. all parcels will be posted within three days after payment has been made unless for special case. we will notify you from time to time
3. postage costs are to be beared by buyers.
4. hallo, beauty! will notify you once the items are sent out to the post office complete with your tracking number as refrence.
5. kindly notify us once you received the items or call as soon as possible if you didn’t get anything after one week. we assume the item has been safely received by customer if we didn’t hear from u after one week.
charges 1. pos laju : rm six for west malaysia and rm eighth for sabah and sarawak [for five hundred grams. rm two increment for every two hundred and fifty grams]
recommended delivery time frame: within one working day for west malaysia, within two to three working days for east malaysia details:
signature of recipient required upon delivery (someone will have to be home to sign the collection of the parcel. or else, the postman will leave a collection slip. you can either call and arrange for a second delivery, or collect the parcel at your nearest post office)
items are covered with insurance (compensation by pos malaysia)
2. pos ekspress: rm five (small items only)
delivery time frame : one to three working days depending on area

bigger risk : no signature required upon delivery (postman will drop it in your mailbox)
parcel is track-able, but there is no accurate detail on the parcel status and there will be no compensation if parcel is lost
customers who opt for pos ekpress method are expected to use it at their own risk.
